Anyways Check Tito Ortiz out training first day back at the gym and then a nice cold bath with 40lbs of ice for 10 minutes.

This is a must see Rashed Evans does a Mike Tyson Impression which was great it really made me laugh and then He does an impression of his mum and then his mum picks up the phone and Rashed is shocked and finds it very funny. So many athletes lately have been attempting the “Pool Jump” Basically you jump out of the pool thats it, sound’s simple right? Well it’s not. B.J. Penn did an amazing version of the pool jump which you can find here. Furthermore the Pool Jump includes 3 foot of water that you have to jump out of. It all started when Jarron Gilbert did the pool jump and then MMA star & UFC Light Heavyweight Champion B.J. Penn pulled off the same jump and helped show that MMA fighters are every bit the athletes that NFL players are.

MMA +1 I guess? Well Not exactly, because the latest person to attempt the pool jump was Keith Eloi, this crazy dude did the Pool Jump Backwards! Yes Backwards! Now MMA -1 I guess? It seems so, Let’s ring up Anderson Silva or GSP to do a flying spinning backflip out of the pool and be +10 on MMA!
